HORISORA WORKS INSIDE THE FORMS AND MOTIFS OF THE TRADITIONAL JAPANESE TATTOO

Tebori is the traditional Japanese method of tattooing by hand that has been practiced for over 400 years in Japan. All color and shade will be done by tebori. You may choose to have your tattoo outlined by either machine or by hand. Outlining by hand will extend the time it takes to do your tattoo. If you are interested in large scale work outlined by tebori please reach out for time estimations.

ALL WORK IS DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

A consultation must be made before making an appointment. Exceptions are made only for those traveling long distances and those getting a small flash tattoo. No appointment is considered booked until a deposit is made.

RATES

Most work is priced by the hour. Horisora’s current hourly rate is $180. The minimum cost of a tattoo is $360 which is equivalent to two hours of tattoo time. If your tattoo takes less than two hours to complete you will still be charged the rate for two full hours.

When booking work requiring more than one appointment a minimum of two hours each appointment is required but you may book up to six hours. Each hour will include a 10 min break.
